  • Agree on timeline and program of work  
    • Basic Acknowledgement of tasks and expected dates.   
    • Deliverable: E-mail confirmation from all participants that they agree with the work and expected delivery dates assigned to them

  • Establish List of Prioritized Events for Digitization (PRS) (A1)
    • As it is probably not possible to have 50M events digitized in time for the data challenge, the PRS groups should priority order the sample
    • Deliverable: List identifying the 30M highest priority events delivered to the production manager.     If there is a preference for the order the remaining 40M simulated events are digitized, it should be included.

  • Identify Regional Center Contributions to DC04 (ALL) (A16)
    • Identify participating regional centers and contact information.     DC04 requires at least three prototype Tier1 facilities in addition to the Tier0 center.    
    • Deliverable: E-mail confirmation from participating Tier1 centers expressing interest, identifying contact information, and specifying
      • Network Resources between Tier0 and Tier1
      • Default transfer protocol (SRB, SRM, GridFTP, etc.)
      • Input buffer space available for DC04
      • CPU resources available for DC04
      • Amount of data that could be handled at the Tier1
