Before
you submit a help request please consult the frequently
asked questions page here. We try to keep this page updated.
We
want to use the Computing
Division HelpDesk for all help requests
regarding the CMS UAF. The helpdesk will
redirect the help request
to the appropriate person on duty. To file a help request
either use the webpage above or you can send mail to the helpdesk
at helpdesk@fnal.gov.
Indicate clearly that your request is regarding the CMS
User Analysis Farm. Also indicate if your problem seems
to be related to the software installation or if the problem
is with the farm itself.
For general questions about CMS software and the LPC subscribe to the lpc-howto list and then sending email to
lpc-howto@fnal.gov.
