Island VRVS Video Conference Room for the CMS Physics Week Meetings
The US CMS Collaboration Meeting will be held on Monday, April 11, with the CMS Physics Week meetings scheduled for the remainder of the week. A reception will be held in the Fermilab Art Gallery on the evening of Monday, April 11. Early registration for CMS Physics Week will be possible at this time. All CMS Physics Week participants and their guests are welcome to attend. On the afternoon of Wednesday, April 13, we will have organized tours of the CDF and D0 experiments. There is a maximum group size of 15 people per tour, and sign-ups will be on a first come/first served basis. Sign up sheets for the tours will be available at the conference Secretariat desk. We will also hold a group dinner on Wednesday, April 13, at Meson Sabika,a tapas restaurant in Naperville. We need to know by Friday, April 8th, whether you are planning to attend (and if so, how many people). If we do not know on Friday, you may not be able to attend, as the restaurant needs the number by then. You will then be committed to paying the Secretariat for this dinner in CASH (US Dollars) before midday Tuesday, April 12th. There is an ATM machine located in the basement of Wilson Hall. Price for the dinner is $42/person for non-students and $20/person for graduate students.
